Privacy Policy
Last updated: 21 October 2026
This is a draft policy and is still being reviewed. Please do not rely on it as a final statement of our data practices. If you have a question in the meantime, contact us at hello@ardianova.com.
Who we are
ArdiaNova is a remote-first business. We operate from Indonesia and serve UK businesses. ArdiaNova is operated by Nino Ardianto, trading as ArdiaNova.
For anything to do with your personal data, including requests to see, correct or delete it, email hello@ardianova.com. We have not appointed a named data protection officer.
What we collect
When you request a Free Local Visibility Audit, we collect:
- your name
- your email address
- your website address, if you give it
- a link to your Google Maps listing, if you give it
- your industry and city
- your WhatsApp number
- the main problem you describe to us
We also collect:
- messages you send us through WhatsApp, so that we can answer your enquiry and keep a record of the conversation
- basic website analytics, but only after you have accepted cookies. Until then, no analytics run
- a record of your cookie choice, including what you chose and the time you chose it, so that we can show that consent was given
Please do not send us sensitive information, such as health details or financial account numbers, through the audit form or WhatsApp.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
We use the details from the audit form to respond to your audit request, to prepare and send your audit, and to contact you about it. We rely on your consent, which you give when you tick the consent box and submit the form, and on our legitimate interests in running and responding to enquiries about our services.
We use analytics only where you have accepted cookies, and we rely on your consent for that. If you do not accept, no analytics data is collected.
We use the messages you send us to answer your enquiry, to provide the service you have asked about, and to keep a record of what was agreed.
Marketing
We only send you marketing where you have clearly agreed to receive it. Every marketing message includes a way to stop receiving them, and you can opt out at any time. Sending an audit request does not automatically sign you up to marketing.
Cookies and analytics
We use Plausible for analytics, and it loads only after you accept cookies. Until you accept, it does not run and no analytics data is collected. Cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to work may be set regardless.
You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. See our terms for the rules on using this site.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We may use service providers, known as processors, to run the site and our services. These may include:
- Vercel, for website hosting
- Resend, for sending email
- Airtable or HubSpot, for managing enquiries and client records
- Meta and our WhatsApp Business provider, for WhatsApp messaging
- Cal.com, for scheduling calls
- Plausible, for analytics after consent
These providers only handle your data on our instructions and for the purposes above.
International transfers
We are based in Indonesia and work with UK businesses, so your data may be processed outside the UK, including in Indonesia and by providers in other countries. Where data is transferred internationally, we use providers that put appropriate safeguards in place for that transfer.
How long we keep data
We keep your data only as long as it is needed for the purposes described above.
Your rights under UK GDPR
You have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- ask us to correct anything that is wrong or incomplete
- ask us to delete your personal data
- ask us to restrict how we use your data
- object to how we use your data
- ask for your data in a portable format
- withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on consent
To use any of these rights, email hello@ardianova.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect what we did before you withdrew it.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Client data
If you become a client and we handle personal data on your behalf, we can agree a data processing agreement with you setting out what each of us is responsible for.
Changes and last updated
We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
