No guarantees

Nothing on this site is a promise of a particular result. We do not and cannot guarantee search rankings, because Google's results change constantly and depend on factors outside our control. We also do not guarantee any particular number of enquiries, leads, clients or revenue.

What we do promise is the process and the deliverables we agree with you, and we report what actually changed.

The information, guides and checklists on this site are general guidance for UK local service businesses. Search products and their features change, so some details may become out of date.

Services are agreed separately

Descriptions of our services and prices on this site are for information. Any work we do for you is agreed separately in writing before it starts, and that written agreement governs scope, fees and what each side is responsible for. Where prices are shown as a range, the final price depends on the scope we agree together. Ad spend, where relevant, is paid separately to Google and is not included in our fees.
